A/Prof Hang Ta was invited to provide advices to ECR Women in STEMM
A/Prof Hang Ta is invited to be one of young mentors for Early Career Women in STEMM Writing Workshop that is hosted at ANU on 20-22 September 2021.
The workshop aims at strengthening the scientific writing, critical thinking, and communication skills of Australia’s next generation of scientists and academics. It provides mentoring, transparent peer review and centralized writing training opportunities to young women in STEMM. ln particular, all ECRs need to complete a significant amount of scientific writing in their academic research positions including grant & fellowship applications, journal articles as well as patent applications, which requires critical writing skills towards their success as researchers. This workshop provides an opportunity for ECRs to build on their scientific writing skills and gain inspiration from mentors and like-minded researchers, forming a valuable component of their academic career development.
